welcome to not zero english classroom.
today, keroro teaches you a very useful english expression.

"hands up! you are under arrest!"

it is particularly useful when you face your enemies.

to student koo,

to answer "hands up! you are under arrest!" grammatically,
you need to say, "oh, thank you! you, too!"

but if you have no interest in formal usage, you may just say "sorry, my hands are engaged. please call again next time." remember to say "thank you" at the end of the conversation.

keroro sir
